Bundle contains 3 packs of buss up shut roti skins, 3 packs of dhalpouri roti skins and 1 complimentary mango talkari. Each bag of buss up shut roti contains 2 servings and each bag of dhalpourie roti contains 4 skins. One (1) 16 oz container contains mango talkari for one (1) bag of roti skins. Additional mango talkari can be purchased separately.

Our Roti Mix with Mango Talkari is a must have for your kitchen. It can be enjoyed with curried items, or simply by itself. The buss up shut roti, often called paratha, is made with a buttery layer and cooked until golden brown and flakey.  The dhalpouri roti has flavoured spilt peas stuffed inside the dough. For our mango talkari, we select the finest mango vere or long mango that we pick directly from an estate on the island. It is flavoured with a blend of curry powders, seasoned with freshly ground peppers and chadon beni. It is both sweet and savoury. 

Directions: If frozen, thaw and reheat by wrapping the roti using a damp kitchen cloth or paper towel. Microwave or steam in a colander for a few minutes and the roti will return to its soft texture as if it was freshly made straight out of our factory.
