This product (12 pastelles) ships Monday - Wednesday and will arrive cold in 2-3 days, once shipped.

A premium shipping rate for orders containing Pastelles will be applied and increases when additional Pastelles are ordered. Free shipping offers do not apply to Pastelles.

A Trini Christmas staple. Corn meal dough stuffed with seasoned ground beef, including olives, raisins and capers.

Each pastelle is handmade and wrapped in fig leaves, just like granny used to make it.

Can be eaten alone or paired with chow chow. Either way, we know you won't be able to eat just one.

KEEP FROZEN

This product contains 2 packs which each contain 6 individually wrapped pastelles.

Steam or boil frozen pastelles for 10 minutes. Remove leaf wrapping before consuming.

Beef, corn flour, salt, sugar, margarine, vegetable oil, seasoning, raisins, capers, olives, and onions.

This product ships Monday - Wednesday and will arrive frozen or cold in 2-3 business days.

All orders containing chilled products ship directly from the Caribbean to you on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. You'll receive all updates via email

Your chilled foods can be frozen, partially frozen, or cool to the touch when you open the package. If your items arrived warm, please discard of them immediately and contact us at:

support@caribshopper.com. 

Most chilled foods are pre-cooked and then flash-frozen for shipping.

Your chilled foods may be partially thawed or not completely solid, which is also normal and safe to refreeze. If you are using them in the next day or so, they are fine to stay refrigerated until use.

As soon as you receive your items, be sure to follow the instructions for storage, reheating, and/or consumption.
