Very tasty bit of chocolate! You can definitely taste the cinnamon, which is not overpowering, yet it’s smooth and not bitter for dark chocolate. It is a relatively small bar (1.76 oz) so do not expect the long, 4 rows of 3-4 squares that you might generally buy in the supermarket. It’s not clear what type of sugar or cinnamon (ceylon??) is used but the ingredients are simple and I appreciate that: Jamaican cocoa beans, sugar, and cinnamon. For $8, it may be more of a special treat for some but I think to support and to at least try the splendidness of taste and the craftiness in the artwork on the cover by Taj Francis, it’s worth trying at least once (or twice).
    Walk good!
