Boonununus Sweet Coconut Biscuit also known as Jackass Corn is made of shredded coconut, brown cane sugar, flour, a sprinkle of vanilla, and local spices; pressed and fashioned with the signature shape of our Boonununus logo.
It is a slightly sweet, crisp biscuit that is also known as ‘Jackass corn’ because of the unsophisticated sound you make when you eat it; similar to a donkey eating corn.
Perfect, for example, with a cup of coffee or tea.
