Take the hassle out of baking a delicious fruitcake and bake your own 8-inch Caribbean fruit cake by just adding three (3) simple ingredients: eggs, oil and water. It's a dairy free formula with no chemical additives, color or preservatives.
Soaked fruits are included and after baking you can soak the cake in your favorite alcohol if desired.

1.Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
2.Use baking paper or grease and line the bottom of an 8inch pan with flour.
3. In a large bowl combine the dry mix with 2 eggs, 1/3 cup oil and 1/2 cup water.
4. Hand mix in fruit mix until well combined.
5. Pour into pan and bake for 30-40mins or until cake tester comes up clean.
6. Cool completely then serve.
