1. Moisturizing skin: Apply directly to the skin as a moisturizer. Massage a small amount onto your skin, focusing on dry or rough areas.
2. Soothing irritated skin: Apply a small amount of oil to soothe irritation and inflammation for sensitive skin. Oil may also be warmed before applying.
3. Promoting hair growth: Massage castor oil into the scalp and hair daily. Apply to most affected areas consistently. Oil may be mixed with other products to enhance potency.
4. Hot Oil Treatment: Oil may be warmed. Leave it on for several hours or overnight, then wash it out with shampoo.
5. Reducing discomfort/pain: Castor oil can be applied topically to help reduce inflammation and relieve pain. Apply a small amount of oil to the affected area and massage it gently.
6. Oil Pack: Apply to a gauze pad, leave on affected area for at least 5 hours.
