Didn’t receive your email order confirmation or shipping updates? Please check your Spam and Promotions folders. If it is not there please contact us at support@caribshopper.com.

We are committed to you receiving your order in 5 business days. However, delays are often unavoidable. We will communicate any delays with your order as soon as we’re aware.

Currently we ship to the U.S. and Canada only. We are actively working towards expanding shipping destinations. To stay updated on our shipping destinations, subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom of this page!

Most of our products ship from Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago. We are committed to shipping the best Caribbean products available; so, we partner directly with Caribbean suppliers!

Please note that depending on the items ordered, items may arrive in separate packages. So we encourage you to wait until all your tracking numbers say “Delivered” before notifying us of a missing product. We will replace or refund all missing items, simply contact us at support@caribshopper.com within 72 hours.

We strive to make all of our customers happy. Please email us at support@caribshopper.com within 14 business days of receiving your order with the reason for return/exchange. We respond to requests within 24-48 hours.

In rare and random cases Customs officers may open international shipments. If products have been opened or destroyed,  please email us at support@caribshopper.com.

Because of our commitment to getting your package to you in 5 days or less, we do ask you to submit your request within 24 hours of processing your order for further assistance. Please note, once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. Need further assistance? Contact us at support@caribshopper.com.

Because of our commitment to getting your package to you in 5 business days or less, we do ask you to double check that the correct address is entered at the time of your order. In most cases, after an order has shipped we are not able to change the shipping address. We do understand, unforeseen events may occur that require a change of shipping address. For those occurrences please contact support@caribshopper.com within 12 hours of processing your order, to submit a change request.

Currently, it costs $14.99 to ship all orders under $79. This affordable option means express shipping in 5 business days or less.

Unfortunately because we primarily ship with DHL and FedEx, we are unable to ship to military bases outside of the 50 United States

Products sold on Caribshopper are made by small and medium-sized businesses and household brands located in the Caribbean. In addition, we have a few select merchants within the Caribbean Diaspora. We provide our merchants with tools and services that make it easy to run a business online and ship their products from the islands directly to your door.

We have offices in South Florida, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago. We currently do not have any physical stores, but you can shop on our website 24 hours/7 days a week!

We are committed to delivering high quality and fresh items that bring the Caribbean closer to you! If you receive an item that doesn’t meet this standard, please reach out to support@caribshopper.com.
