Currently, we ship to the U.S. 🇺🇸 and Canada 🇨🇦 We are actively working towards expanding our shipping destinations. Please sign up for our mailing list on our site for exclusive updates!

Most of our products ship from Jamaica🇯🇲 and Trinidad & Tobago🇹🇹, with more territories coming on stream soon. As we are committed to shipping the best Caribbean products available, we source directly from suppliers to send you the best!

Please check your Spam and Promotions folders if you didn’t receive your email order confirmation or shipping updates. 👀 If it is not there, please contact us at support@caribshopper.com.

Orders typically take 6-10 business days to get you. 🚚💨

Sometimes, depending on the items you ordered, they may arrive in separate packages. We actively reach out and inform you of this via email. However, if it was not delivered, please get in touch with us at support@caribshopper.com within 72 hours of receiving your order so we can replace or refund the missing item.

To get a refund or exchange an item, please email us at support@caribshopper.com within 14 business days of receiving your order with the reason for the return/exchange. We will respond to your requests within 24-48 hours.

U.S. customs agents may open select international shipments in rare and random cases. Please email us at support@caribshopper.com if you need any additional assistance. 

Because we work to get your package to you within 5-7 business days, we ask you to submit your request within 24 hours of processing your order for further assistance. Please note once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel your order. But if you need further help, please get in touch with us at support@caribshopper.com.

Because we work to get your package to you within seven business days, we ask that you carefully double-check that you have entered the correct address at the time of your order. In most cases, we cannot change the shipping address after an order has shipped. We understand unforeseen events may occur that require a shipping address change. Please get in touch with support@caribshopper.com within 12 hours of processing your order to submit a change request.

Standard shipping (6-10 business days), currently costs $12.00.

Shipping with items from multiple countries, cold storage, or alcohol may vary and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to chilled foods or alcohol.

Unfortunately, because we primarily ship with DHL and FedEx, we cannot ship to military bases outside the 50 United States. 

Yes, we do! We ship anywhere across the USA and Canada. When placing your order, please use your physical address, not the post office address. All products sold on Caribshopper come from small and medium-sized businesses in the Caribbean, primarily from Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago. In addition, to select merchants within the Caribbean Diaspora, we provide our merchants with tools and services that make it easy to run a business online. 

We have offices in South Florida, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago. We currently do not have any physical stores, but you can shop on our website 24 hours/7 days a week!

We are committed to delivering high-quality fresh products that bring the Caribbean closer to you! When necessary, we even go as far as to use cold storage methods to keep your food fresh. If you received an item that doesn’t meet this standard, please get in touch with support@caribshopper.com and include your order number and contact information.
