Boil water and transfer to ceramic/glass/metal utensil, add yoni steam sachet. Get undressed from the waist down and drape with blanket to trap steam. If steam is too hot wait a couple minutes and then try again. Steam for no more than 30mins. During steam session you can use the affirmation card, meditate or do deep breathing exercises. When finished discard of water and sachet. Pat vulva dry. Tefnut Yoni oil can be applied to moisturize the vulva. Do not drink alcohol when yoni steaming.
