Use Eaton's Jamaican Jerk Seasoning on chicken, pork, beef, fish and vegetables!
Recommended Use: Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of seasoning per pound of meat. Soy sauce may be added to create a marinade for extra flavor and color.
Rub seasoning into meat and let stand for 1hr or more prior to cooking. Grill slowly turning often or bake in the oven at 300 degrees F.
