Jamdung Vibes It is a book about Jamaican culture. It is divided into 3 parts- poems, social commentaries and short stories.

The short stories deal with everyday issues but also have fictional elements including setting and characters. The short stories deal with topics like the ever-rising cost of living, interracial relations, politics, poor hygiene, indiscipline, robbery, hypocrisy, classism, dishonesty and ingratitude.
