Directions for Use:
For adults, take one (1) tsp (5 mL) one to two times a day by mouth or mix into a glass of juice or water at mealtime. Do not take more than 4 tsp daily.
For children over 1 year, take 1⁄2 teaspoon twice daily before or with meals. One bottle lasts one month. As a general rule, honey products are not to be given to children under 1 year of age.
