This bar is naturally smooth and has mellow, balanced taste, with fruity notes of tropical and cool Blue Mountain mist calmness, typical of Jamaican pineapples and fruits.
Mount Pleasant Farm Chocolatiers is the only company that currently exists to farm organic Jamaican cocoa for local and export markets; we pride ourselves in being the first company in Jamaica to produce artisan single-origin organically grown cocoa products alongside traditional cocoa products.
