Cleanse Instructions

Step 1
Liver Detox
Bitter Herbs (Neem and Dandelion) 2 capsules every morning for seven days
Charcoal
2 capsules daily for seven days

Step 2
Intestine and Colon Cleanse Cascara Sagrada
Only at the end of the Liver Detox you should proceed to Step 2 Take five capsules before bedtime
If there is no bowel movement the next day proceed to take the remaining
two capsules in the pack

Step 3
Probiotic Fermented Noni Juice
Take two tbsp. straight or add to glass of water before Breakfast until dosage is finished.
Recommended Diet
Stay well hydrated
Drink at least ten ounces of water a day
No carbonated drinks, alcohol and little to no sugars during this period.
