Niacinamide Brightening Toner Solution is designed to gently refresh your skin without stripping it of its natural moisture. It significantly smoothes skin texture and promotes the appearance of a more even skin tone, as well as more luminous skin, with regular use.
The water-based toner is suitable for daily use. It contains 2% Concentration of Niacinamide- a well-studied derivative. Niacinamide is known as a natural derived astringent that is known for minimizing pore appearance. which may help ease redness from eczema, acne and other inflammatory skin conditions.
This formula should not be used on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin. Please refer to the additional sun protection notes and other warnings in the provided directions.
