Fenugreek Seeds, Coconut and Castor Oil.

Hair Oil can be used a hot-oil treatment or a Hot Oil Treatment. Mix 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a heat-safe bowl with water in a pot. Create a double boiler by placing the oil bowl in the pot and stirring for 2-3 minutes until it reaches room temperature. Avoid using the microwave for uneven heating. Divide hair into two equal portions on each side of the head. Rub oil into hair starting at the top and work down, gently massaging it into strands. Lift hair to cover roots, repeat on other side. Apply more oil to mid-shaft, dragging fingers down to ends. Allow oil to absorb for 30 minutes to moisturize and penetrate skin.
