Loose rosemary leaves and stem
1 teaspoon rosemary leaves (fresh or dried)
8-10 oz. spring or filtered water
Instructions for tea:
Rinse leaves. Pour boiling water on rosemary leaves into a teacup.
Steep for 5 to 6 minutes. Strain out leaves.
Add sweetener if desired and enjoy!
